My name is Jessica and I am the proud owner of Movement Matters Massage and Bodywork. With a passion for health, wellness and the science behind it all, I graduated at the top of my class and have recently become a licensed massage therapist. Our mission is to help each client restore their body's natural movement patterns through personalized massage techniques that address their specific needs. Whether you're experiencing chronic tension, stress and anxiety, or specific pain and discomfort, I am here to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

All of my massages are 75 minutes long and customized to meet your unique needs. I offer a wide variety of options so you can find the right fit for you. Swedish Massage
75 minutes for $150
Our Swedish massage is a classic, full-body massage designed to promote relaxation and improve circulation. Our licensed massage therapist uses long, flowing strokes to help you de-stress and unwind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Therapeutic Bodywork
75 minutes for $150
Our bodywork sessions are designed to target a particular area of discomfort or pain in our clients. Some of the techniques used may include tools for cupping and scraping, as well as assisted stretching and the use of hot and cold therapies. Depending on your individualized treatment plan, these sessions may require clothing/athletic wear.
Prenatal Massage
75 minutes for $150
Deep Tissue Massage
75 minutes for $150
Our prenatal massage is a gentle, nurturing massage designed specifically for expectant mothers. Our licensed massage therapist uses safe, effective techniques to relieve the aches and pains associated with pregnancy, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote relaxation and well-being for both mom and baby. *Please note that we cannot massage during your 1st trimester.
Our deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage designed to target deep layers of muscle and fascia. Our licensed massage therapist will start by warming up the superficial muscles before performing slow, deep techniques in your deeper muscles. This massage will help to alleviate chronic pain and tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall relaxation and well-being.
